We are a highly specialised, focused operation with our finger firmly on the pulse. The team are fully immersed in the trends, news and activity of this niche sector. The team are connected through our passion, knowledge and expertise within the Venues sector.

Jane Chasney, Company of Cooks' General Operational Manager at Brewer’s Hall, has a wealth of experience that extends almost 30 years with the company. Jane is responsible for managing events throughout the planning stages and on the day and works tirelessly with her team to provide the most impeccable food and beverage experience for every event, every time.

Our Approach

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, so we have reduced our beef dishes and increased our plant-based options. Our plant-based dishes feature high on the menus, in fact they are top of the list! All meat and dairy that we do use is high quality and welfare. We are accredited with 3 stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and hold ISO14401, ISO50001 and ISO9001, so as you would expect, we have sustainability firmly in mind in all we do.
