The staff and students of Aldenham School were blessed with beautiful weather for their Visitation Day last Saturday, which was just as well because the afternoon saw a host of talent in evidence in various sporting activities, as well as a highly competitive inter-House tug of war competition. There was also drama, music and art on display, showing off the wide range of achievements by the students this year.

During the prize giving in the morning, many students were acknowledged for their hard work and success, most notably the worthy winners of the Aldenham Attributes Prizes who demonstrated how thoroughly embedded these positive qualities are in the students at the School. The winners were:

  • Respect - Jacob Davis
  • Courage - Eleanor Morrow
  • Curiosity - Imogen Wilson
  • Independence - Joon Han, Seul Han
  • Aspiration - Patrick Duggan
  • Cooperation - Emilie Geissmar-Wagstaff

The Master, who delivered an address to the School at the end of the prize giving, commended the Class of 2019, saying: "Congratulations on the impact and the contribution you have made to the continuing legacy here at Aldenham. You have all done well and have an extraordinary Aldenham experience to look back on and rely on as you move forward in life."
