The Master with the Head Girls and Boys of Aldenahm and Dame Alice Owen's Schools

On Tuesday 24 April, the Master was pleased to welcome Prefects from Aldenham and Dame Alice Owen’s Schools to a reception at Brewers’ Hall.

The Brewers’ Company is extremely proud of its long association with its schools which dates back to their founding in 1599 (Aldenham) and 1613 (DAOS). The close connections continue to this day as the Company provides funding, supports governance, awards Beer Money and conducts both formal and informal visits by the Master and other Liverymen. In April, it has become tradition for the Master to host an event at Brewers’ Hall for Prefects to thank them for their service to their schools and to celebrate the links between the schools and the Brewers’ Company. The Liverymen who attended were delighted to have the opportunity to meet the students, who behaved as excellent ambassadors for their schools, displaying confidence and maturity beyond their years.
