Our Food

Amazing food and drinks experiences are at the heart of what we deliver. Our extensive menus guarantee food that delights. We’re seasonal and more importantly built around local suppliers. Now more than ever supporting our supplier communities is integral to our approach.

Our London Larder is our secret ingredient. A specially selected group of local suppliers whose commitment to quality in their field is unmatched. Their products give our menus a sense of place, one that reflects our London heritage and base.

Our Company Chef Karen Poynter, Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Cooks of London, is known for her ability to blend creativity with the precise formal traditions. Karen’s main ingredients are creativity, leadership, culinary genius and efficiency. Karen has designed our signature Brewers’ inspired menu options, including a five-course tasting menu, canapes and small plates.

We are a highly specialised, focused operation with our finger firmly on the pulse. The team are fully immersed in the trends, news and activity of this niche sector. This is the world we and our clients inhabit, and we know it inside out. We thrive on creating memorable experiences for clients and customers and instinctively know excellence. The team are connected through our passion, knowledge and expertise within the Venues sector.

Jane Chasney, CH&CO’s General Operational Manager at Brewer’s Hall, has a wealth of experience that extends almost 30 years with the company. Jane is responsible for managing events throughout the planning stages and on the day and works tirelessly with her team to provide the most impeccable food and beverage experience for every event, every time.

Our Approach

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, so we have reduced our beef dishes and increased our plant-based options. Our plant-based dishes feature high on the menus, in fact they are top of the list! All meat and dairy that we do use is high quality and welfare. We are accredited with 3 stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, and hold ISO14401, ISO50001 and ISO9001, so as you would expect, we have sustainability firmly in mind in all we do. We use local and seasonal produce to support British businesses, reducing haulage costs and the environmental impact of transport. Explore our sustainability pledges here.
